Orpharion is a female fronted Symphonic/Progressive Metal band based in Turkey founded by Kublai Kapsalis in 2008.Band disbanded until 2012 but later 2016 ,band is reunited with new members except Ariane,shes with the band since beginning.The band generally sounds like symphonic and progressive metal together. “Orpharion” name comes from an stringed instrument used in 16th century,also comes from Orpheus and Arion.
Full debut album is now completed and entitled “A Faraway World”.
For fans of Nightwish, Epica, Within Temptation, After Forever, Kamelot, Avantasia.
